The difference can be seen in the course name itself.
The hper option basically is nothing but extra curriculars unless you wish to make physical education or health which includes yoga and other methods to maintain health.
Whereas the student of math has many options like BCA, B.SC IT, Architecture, Designing, Economics, Statistics, etc.
So I would suggest opt for math, option like hper can be opted as hobby activities.
