If you want to be really good as an Architect, you should take following courses. Although these courses are not specific to Architecture, they will help you in the long run:

1. Mathematics:This is like the foundation of Architecture. But you don't need to study everything in Mathematics. However there are quite a few things that would be most useful for you - Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra and Pre-Calculus. It is always good to understand the basic concepts of all these topics/

2. Physics:This is a subject whose concepts will help you in your career as an Architect. The fundamental laws of physics do remain more or less the same anywhere. Therefore, once learnt- they will be there with you to have the understanding of the field.

3. English:It is an added advantage to better use this globalized world. This is a language which gives you a professional edge. You need to be good at both verbal and written communication skills.

4. Art Courses:The courses like drawing, painting, photography, graphic designs will be very helpful to you. Such courses will help you to build your ability to visualize and conceptualize.

5. Computer Courses:The understanding of technology in today's world is so very important. It's always beneficial if you get comfortable using it at the initial stages of your career. Take some light courses in computer technology so that you can build your interests in it.

6. Business Courses:It will be a great to read couple of business courses during your college. This will help you to get familiarized with the workings of business world so that the shift from college to job doesn't bother you too much.
