Firstly I do not advocate choosing a career or stream based on percentage.
Secondly if you are interested in medical then you need to opt for the science stream.
Thirdly, if it is modelling then choose another course than medical.
Since medical or science stream will have a lot of practicals but if you can manage both then nothing like that.
I would strongly suggest think over it. Self introspect as to what are your strengths and area of interest so that you can choose a career accordingly.
Another option is taking an Aptitude test or career counseling test that would reveal your potentials or abilities and help you make a choice.

You can always do modelling even after becoming a doctor. If you are getting 80% in 10th board, you are fit to compete NEET. You must try science in B group and let work hard to achieve your first dream that is Doctor. Later all options are open.
