You can always do modelling even after becoming a doctor. If you are getting 80% in 10th board, you are fit to compete NEET. You must try science in B group and let work hard to achieve your first dream that is Doctor. Later all options are open.

Dear Sir,  Best carrier depend on his aptitude. You need to understand his performance academically. His aptitude towards, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or Commerce/Arts need to understand. If he will choose in the direction of his aptitude than whatever career he will choose, will be the best for him.
