You can after 12th any stream, opt for a BMM course, eligibility to which is an entrance exam. During the course, which is a 3 years course, in the final year you could opt for Journalism as your specialization.
What you can start to notice the writing ability in you is, begin to write a blog and ask for expert comments. You can also send your writings to the editor, who can give you a feedback, though it is possible now only from a book publishing house only.
