I have Starting up & Scaling up experience in ICT & Vocational Training institutes, from single location operations to National Operations. I have risen through the ranks from managing a branch, region and a nationwide operation and thus gained insights into operations at all levels.
As a Profit Centre Head I have to manage the fiscal constraints, heightened accountability, new competitors, emerging technologies, substantial demographic change, and questions about the relevance and effectiveness of Skills Training / Higher Education.
