A graduate in science and a postgraduate in management , Sujan is having decades of experience working with numbers of industries. Throughout his career as a Business HR , he guided numbers of companies in streamlining their businesses, HR System & processes and has helped them to attain new height.
During his corporate careers, he came across numbers of business owners who were struggling because of poor business strategy and HR policy and then decided to help such business owners/management to scale up their business. This is how he started his consulting career in Business and HR. He worked for numbers of industries and with his passionate attitude he has set examples how business should be run through his thought leadership.
Since childhood he has been very much inclined towards education. So he has a deep respect for education. As he was from a small town, so he knows how students from small towns face problems in choosing right courses or pursuing higher education, which made him think to do something for the students of the small villages/towns/cities. Hence he does career counseling and development, provide motivational training to the students and parents to show them right path.
