Hell Student, the procedure requires you to complete two stages after graduation-executive and professional programme. Executive programme can be taken up by students of any stream except fine arts. Professional course can be taken up only after completing the executive one. Examinations are held twice a year...in June and December. You can take admission anytime during the year. These exams are conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Thanks
