One can join Indian army, after 10th or 12th or after Graduation technical or non technical basis.
Please note, after 10th, if you have NSS certificate ( optional), you can join army as a soldier. Then with training and internal exams can move to the higher rank.
The most respected position in the Army, the Officer post, one can join after they Graduate with minimum 50%. They can join IMA, if they are just a Graduate and TRA, if they are an engineering Graduate.

The option you are considering i.e law branch in the army is a very challenging role.
In the Indian Army, law graduates (3 year course (LLB) after graduation, 5 year integrated courses after class 12) can join the JAG branch (Judge Advocate General branch) and the essential points briefly are- 55% marks from an institution recognized by Bar council of India, 21-27 yrs age, specified medical standards (height, weight, eyesight).
We have similar roles in the other forces i.e Navy and Air Force also. You may like to consider them too.

NCC Certificate is very valued for admission to Defence forces - NDA, IMA or SSC.
With NCC you have already started and got a background for defence career. If you have the eligible NCC certificate, then in the entrance exams of NDA, IMA and SSC it carries weight and shall definitely help you score good in aggregate.

Indian Navy requires Science / Engineering background candidates only, which are required in the technical areas of Navy.
For other graduates, there are vacancies however, they are into clerical areas like administration, office, etc.
