Dear Aspirant,

If Math is difficult, passing the competitive exams will also be difficult for you. It appears that for two years you are preparing for the competitive exams, which actually you should have started when you were doing graduation or immediately after graduation. You did MBA HR and still you are not on track of a right career.

Are you sure that you wish to into the government sector only and you don't want private sector jobs?

Yes, coaching for preparing for the competitive exams is highly recommended in your case. Banking also requires math skills since it is tested in the IBPS exam whether for clerk or probationary officers.
