With the eligibility you mentioned, You can join for Lateral entry courses in B.Tech, BCA etc in reputed institutes like IITs, NITs, Lovely Professional University, SRM university etc. It will definitely help you to find better job opportunities than with your  diploma. You can finish the B.Tech with 4 years too. Placement opportunities are also good if you are managing to get admission in such institutes.

Hey there Thanks for a2a If ur sole interest lies in computers then i would recommend u to complete ur 12th class with science stream. After 12th, enroll in computer science Engineering program(Btech in CSE). By thi way u will become a computer science engineer.
