Dear Aspirant, Perfectly said by Ms. Meghna. Research definitely means that you should be at least a post graduate in pharmacy. After Diploma there cannot be a research career. Diploma is just the basic level of qualification and in todays world one must be qualified sufficiently. There is good scope in pharmacy research and for that I too would recommend you to complete graduation and post graduation. After Graduation, you may also think of a course in Clinical Research which is getting good demand from india and overseas. Best wishes
