The first part of your question was good, however reading the last part of your question shocked me.
How can you compare a job in Qualcomm, Facebook with IAS? Are you seriously joking? You are too much random in your career choices. Please do not be so.
I am glad that you approached us for asking about your career before deciding on it.
Since you are an MTech, continuing in your current job for a brief period is recommended. Atleast working for 5 years is necessary. You can definitely aim for Google, Facebook jobs and you will have to start preparing for it while working in the current job. Do not leave job.
Preparing for IAS is different ball game. If you are interested in government services, then preparing for it should start by going for a coaching class.
However, I would like to make you aware that IAS preparation and preparation for Google jobs are two different things. Please choose one and focus.
