Yes, you are eligible to become a teacher in government school, for that you need to do 1 year B.Ed program from any recognised university and after that you have to apply for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) entrance exam.
Eligibility criteria for B.Ed:
After completing B.Ed course you need to qualify the TET entrance examination in order to get Teacher Job in Government school.
If you do MSc after BSc then you also have a chance to become professor in Government colleges. After completing M.Sc course you need to appear and qualify in CSIR NET exam which is conducted by UGC.
Eligibility Criteria for CSIR NET:

If you want to teach in school, then the minimum eligibility is Graduation and B.Ed course. If you want to teach in a government school, then you have to separately apply for the vacancy announcement from the Education department of the Government concerned.
BSc from IGNOU is recognised degree and there will no problem as far as eligibility is concerned for teaching jobs. I would strongly recommend a Masters degree if you can do and then go for a job. Doing Masters will be of long term benefit for you.
