You can definitely become a Lecturer in Senior College for BSc and MSc.
Firstly, you will need to complete MSc in Microbiology from a recognised University. Post completion of Masters degree with minimum 55% marks, you need to then appear for UGC NET / SET Exam. NET / SET exam is compulsory in case you wish to teach in senior college (i.e. to the students of degree college and post graduate degree college).
To teach in junior college or schools, one needs to do BEd.
To further strengthen you career, you should immediately start planning for PhD just after MSc. PhD is a must for good salary, stable career and career growth to the Dean / Director level.
Best Wishes
