Well if we talk about the Engineering its one of the oldest occupation that has been practised. Engineering is a branch of Science that do the development and inventions. And if we talk about the Automobile Engineering it deals with the development of the machines and engines of the cars.
In order to make a career in Automobile Engineering one needs to take 11th and 12th Science with the subjects Physics,Chemistry and Maths. After 12th Science one needs to give an entrance exam like JEE /BITSAT/DAIICT etc entrance exams in order to get admitted for the Automobile Engineering Degree Course which is of 4 years after 12th. On the successful completion of the Automobile Engineering Course one can make a career in Automobile Engineering.
In your case as you have opted for commerce so you have no way to go for the Automobile Engineering as one needs to be a science background student with PCM subjects in 12th.
You can look out for other career options in Commerce or in Arts.
