Confuse to take the further study as I am really facing the huge problem to take about my higher study. therefore I want to need to help for

Sir, I am working with MNC IT company now as network Engineer. I want to brief about my details and issue. I have done graduation B.A with English from open delhi university, but due to non professional degree, I am not able to get my career explore since long even I have four years experience in my domain. May you please guide me that what should I take the further education which help me to come out from such situation? Pls suggest me

Individuals who completed their educational qualifications, are finding difficult to get employment, whereas you are the personality who have enough experience in the domain and ahead with clear understanding to pursue career in the same field i.e. network engineering.

Considering two major aspects i.e. qualification without skill & vice versa. But, you are at the right path as B.A. is a graduation and stepping stone to explore further. Here, I would like to specify few points:

1) If job is must, then you may please go for some Certification Course conducted by Cisco, RedHat,
Microsoft, CEH, CEPT etc., so that it gives weightage to your profile.

2) Also go for some post graduation degree (online / recognized university) in your domain specialization.

3) Having analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills would be an added advantage
inyour career.
