Verbal communication skills; what we speak and how to speak
Non verbal communication skills; here we do not say any thing our body language conveys the meaning

Good communication skills improve your life socially, personally and professionally. It has been considered that persons having good personal skills are considered to be calm, composed, confident, optimistic and charismatic.

As a successful geologist you have choose your words properly before you speak. Because few effective and meaningful words really cast a spell. You have to be very good listener, because a good listener understand the meaning of others questions and opinions. You have to be very positive, this will generate positive vibes among others.

The bottom line is that interpersonal skills are integrated part of a personality.

It has become frequent to earn everyting on tution based whcih is being claimed by the businessmen in all the sectors. It is not a healthy practice which shows our weakness in terms of poor intellectualism, if you compare the developed country they do learn all these starting from family and school so they save their time but still india is striving for all these essential ingredients due the difference in our socie-economics structure where diversity is imposed by many means. Anyway interperson skill is neither a course nor a task rather it is the basic nature of human being which comes from the family upbringing and academic nurturing. As far as geologists are concerned they are also from the ame society and having the same objective to serve the best. Therfore try to follow the points below if possible:

1. Emotion: Always control the emotions (anger, frustration, fear, guilt) which can make you away from the serious concentrations of your work and will bring you to the fear of bad consequence. Try to clean it with the smart thinking and interacting with your surroundings in a balance manner.
2. Indecision: Inability to take any decision at right time for right thing saying yes versues no to many things saying no to versus yes to everything can lead you to ambivalance about priorities. Develop self analyzing skill which require intrapersonal skill that is asking question to your own intelleigence which you have aquired from your own experiences and then give a decision in yes or no it is the matured decision.
3. Enviornoment: This factor is also very crucial to act upon based on your surround atmosphere not in the sense of climate and teperature rather the mood of your surrounding which can affect you or influence you. so asses the matter as per the situation.
