Company Secretary as a career is a professional part time degree and so it is not considered as the full time regular degree course. A student who wish to make a career in the CS or CA or CMA they also need to have the a regular graduation degree apart from having these qualifications. Well you have not mentioned what education you have been doing currently. Answering your career query any student can take an admission for the CS course who has completed 12th either from arts,commerce or science except fine arts. While you can also take an admission for the CS course after completion of the Graduation degree from commerce, arts or science except fine arts. You need to do a registration with the ICSI institutes chapter nearby to you in your city. If you register for the CS course after 12th than you need to give a CS Foundation exam and if you register for the CS course on the basis of the graduation degree than you do not give a CS Foundation exam you can directly give a CS Executive exam. Hereby I am providing you the Mumbai CS chapter exam where you can do the registration for the CS course . CS exams are conducted twice in a year i.e in June and December you can give an exam at any of the cycle as per your wish.
