I Guess you are trying to take some thing which is not available widely in this region. India still is not having open education options like in the US or other Developed Countries. Education itself here is more theoretical than practical. So Doing Dual degree here in an average institution wont help. Thats Why we dont see top institutions not offering such degrees in India.
There seems to be a hurry in taking few things together, so that you have more options. Practical ideas will be to do your MS in regular and MBA in a distance mode.
