As ypu have rightly mentioned, age is the biggest hurdle right now for you.
As most of the colleges offering a B.Sc course calls in for students upto 25 years of age only.
But there is nothing to worry.You can opt for Open University, whereby the qualification is just 12th pass and no age bar.
