Hi Sadhana,The easiest way out : get back to teaching. Look for local BBA/MBA institutes and talk to them, before applying. NET, you should appear again, as this is the foundation for lectureship and UGC pay-scale as well. Since, you have the right education mix, try some suitable openings in the financial institutions near you. Positions like Research Analyst on equities/commodities/trading, suits your education, One such opening in Naukri reads as :

As far as qualifications are concerned, I think need not do any academic course further.
I suggest you to re-appear for NET and also appear for SET/SLET till you clear one of them.
I think you can ask for Visiting Faculty positions in senior colleges and business schools for Accounts, Finance and Economics subjects. For this there is no NET/SET required. However now these days institutes demand industry experience as well.Therefore it would be better to clear NET / SET.
If you are interested in full time teaching jobs, you should apply for PhD Entrance and aim for doing a PhD.
Further there are e-learning companies, which require expertise and since you have done some work in that area, would it not be good to explore that opportunity?
