One was supposed to give an entrance exam like CAT,MAT,XAT etc. in order to get admitted for the MBA course. While students have a varied range of subjects available to study and do their specialisation. MBA students work in the area of Administration of the Companies in short they handle the administration for the smoothing functioning of the companies they play a vital role in running the companies and businesses.
Well now the scenario is changed as there has been a large number of students looking out for the MBA as the career option and there has been a great havoc especially for the students to complete their garduation and attempt the entrance and then get admitted for the MBA. So now there are various universities and institutes have come with an integrated MBA courses for the students who are aspiring to make their career in MBA. So now students right after 12th now students can take an admission for an Integrated MBA course in the institutes that offer an integrated MBA approved by UGC and affiliated to university.
While talking about MS its a Masters degree that is being offered in Foreign countries. In order to go for the MS course one needs to complete the graduation and after that one can apply for MS course in the subject of their interest. One has to give an exam like IELTS,TOEFL etc before getting admitted in any of the Foreign University. You need to final the country in which you wish to study and than furthermore you can check which exam you need to give in order to get admitted in that countries university for the course of MS.

By your question, I really feel that you are very much lacking in general awareness.
MBA or MS are Masters courses and the basic eligibility for a Masters course is bachelors degree.
Though there are integrated courses i.e. Graduation + Masters, the point important for you is to choose the right graduation and then worry about Masters level.
BBA+MBA, BE+MBA are combinations.

Please note that Mnagaemnt or MBA and MS are masters degree courses, which students can pursue only after they Graduate.
In terms of management, yes there are undergraduate Management degree courses. But they are labelled as BBA or BMS.
To pursue either BBA or BMS, one needs to be 12th pass student any stream. Any 12th student is eligible to study BMS, since eligibility is merit based, whereas admission to BBA is through entrance exam, which a 12th pass student needs to appear for.
