Dear Saurav,

You are already working in a big firm. You are finding it difficult  to pursue.... so what next?

You have a choice - 'IF THE ROADS GET TOUGHTER , BE TOUGH AND GIVE A GOOD FIGHT'

Human mind is amazing ...never ceases to learn and grow.

A small story for you

There were three people - potato, egg and coffee beans

The difficulty- Boiling water.

What happens when all three are put in the boiling water .....

Potato - softens

Egg - Hardens

Coffee Beans- Without changing its form ... evolves giving out nice aroma.

Moral of the story: Tough and difficult situation can soften, harden or polish us to become more brighter.

I hope and pray that you pick , absorb and benefit from my answer.

Last words... sometimes in life we have to make tough choices but when you choose have patience, calm down ... think ... plan and then jump for it.

All the Best !!!

To bridge this gap and excel in a field where sharp intellect is crucial, consider the following steps:

Continuous Learning: Commit to lifelong learning by staying updated on the latest technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. Engage in online courses, attend workshops, and read relevant books and articles regularly.

Problem-Solving Practice: Sharpen your problem-solving skills by working on coding challenges, participating in hackathons, and collaborating on open-source projects. Practice breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks.

Seek Mentorship: Connect with experienced software engineers within your firm or industry who can provide guidance, advice, and insights based on their own experiences. Mentors can offer valuable perspectives and help you navigate challenges.

Embrace Failure: Don't be afraid to make mistakes or encounter setbacks. Instead, view them as opportunities for growth and learning. Analyze what went wrong, identify areas for improvement, and adapt your approach accordingly.

Time Management: Develop effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks, allocate sufficient time for problem-solving and learning, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Break down larger projects into smaller milestones to track progress and stay organized.

Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with colleagues on projects, participate in team discussions, and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Networking with peers and industry professionals can provide valuable insights, support, and opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
