It is very important to acquire a masters degree/ professional diploma in order to grow in your career. You present qualification is in Commerce so you may choose some higher degree/ diploma associated to this like MBA, Bachelors in banking and finance .. or any other course ..that you think can be suitable and if required we can as well work that out.Also you can try to prepare for banking competitive exams if that is something you can look at .
