BBM in International Business is a good under graduate course to being your career in International Business.

Based on BBM you wont get a good job in IB domain.

However I would suggest that you should definitely pursue MBA in IB from a very good Institute. I need not tell you what IB is and what it deals with.

After MBA IB you will get job opportunities in import - export houses, clearing houses, MNCs, manufacturing, software companies, etc.

To find a suitable job just with a Graduation degree is tough. You would get jobs mostly at the entry level, that would not match your qualifications

But still I would recommend that get into a suitable position like Business development or marketing etc, and get a hang of the way the industry functions.
Another advantage would be a keen study of the market and that will expose you to the industry requirement and you can get qualified accordingly.

Also I do agree with Dr Annad above that pursuing an MBA as a post graduation certificate leads you towards a better opportunity.
Choose wisely based on the market demand. And whatever and whichever field you pursue, please note being updated with the latest is a must.

After BBM-IB, you can explore work opportunities in MNCs or import/export companies as executive.
It is tough to get good job after graduation but if job is the only better option at this point of time you can try your luck to find jobs in IB domains. My best wishes to find job in IB domains. You may try to get jobs in following industries:

Multinational Companies
Banks
Export Companies
Financial Organizations
Industrial Houses
Marketing Organizations
Public Sector Enterprises
Management Consultancy firms

If you can afford higher studies then without other thought go for MBA. MBA is the best course to you after you BBM. MBA will give you a chance to get opportunities in middle level and top level management.

As suggested by my colleagues, masters course preferably MBA is essential for career growth. MBA will help you get mid level management jobs. You can do MBA either through distance mode or regular. If you opt for a job then after considerable work experience (2 years) you can pursue Masters course through correspondence or regular mode. If you can get admission into top ten institutes, then regular course is recommended. For regular course, your need to qualify in entrance exams like CAT,MAT,XAT,ICET,GMAT etc.Minimum eligibility to appear for this exams is a graduate with at least 50% of marks from recognized university from any stream. My recommendation is to go for CAT or MAT and try to get more than 90 percentile in your entrance test. With this you can get admission in top business schools in India.

    i am also persuing BBA IB from a reputed college from pune but i am confused where to concentrate on which fields such as finance, marketing, HR or something else so that i can start studing in that field.

and other question i wanted to ask what are the practical courses that would be done side by bba ib.
