Your career profile till now is pretty good and there is definitely scope for futher growth. See, basically, you should never say that there is nothing more or there is nothing left in the job which makes you feel satisfied. Every job profile has a maximum point.
I would suggest you to pursue a part time General Management programme from ISB or IIMs or Executive MBA General Management from top bschools. There IS definitely general management programmes available and since you are already 5 years of experienced, eligibility wise there should not be a problem.
