I understand your interest in networking and hardware. First of all please understand that you create jobs and jobs doesnt create you - this is a famous career proverb and it is scientifically true too. Dont ever think that because of some reason like poor communication skills, you are not being selected by employers. The fact is that a good communication skill attracts employers but does not alone persuade an employer to recruit you. An employer gets convinced with an applicant only with his subject knowledge, outstanding academic achievements, some related work experience and proven technical skills. Communication skills are an added advantage that you take you along when you start working in a company. For this reason i suggest you to study a relevant degree associated with hardware and networking.I believe that you are lacking with this basic degree and this is one of the main reason why employers dont offer you a job. For this reason i highly encourage you to study a basic degree. You can very well choose to study BSc Information technology or BSc computer science if you have not studied maths at school. If you have studied maths at both 11th and 12th class at school, you are eligible to apply for engineering degrees too. If you have had some gap in education then you can approach private universities and they might consider you for Engineering programs. However pursuing a basic degree like the BSc is at least required.

Next while studying this degree, try attending a few summer projects, internships too. You can start doing internships at company from second year itself. By the time you complete studies and graduate you will at least have one or two completed internship/ small work experience and this will highly qualify you for a job post graduation. Moreover as you study at a college, you are more tend to interact often in English with professors and fellow students and this itself will highly improve your communication skills. You can also sign up for a short spoken English crash course if you like to. Else you can also learn from self videos that are available on internet especially on You tube. Finally i highly recommend you to study a relevant degree and your communication skills are certainly not the cause of not getting job.
