I am sorry for delayed response. Well, you have two options, (1) work (2) higher studies (masters).
Considering the current situation and demand, doing masters is recommended. Getting good job in your prefered area based on graduation is tough. Post-graduation is in demand.
If you want to work, then you can find low profile job. While working (after 1 to 2 years of experience) you can do Masters in Social Work from IGNOU or other reputed Institute.
If you can pursue the masters course, pursue regular course as it includes practicum. Regular course would provide your field exposure and necessary skills required to work as social workers. Many institutes offer very good course ion social work. The admission is based on entrance test, group discussion and interview. Following are few known institute where you can pursue masters course.
