While it is not clear from your query what job profile you had. I presume it must be sales/business development or a target driven role. In the absence of many details like your past experience, how many jobs changed in 7 years, your performance & tolerance levels etc...I am suggesting a safe route.
To answer your question, since you worked for a very small tenure of 3 months and I am sure you must be seeking new opportunities, unless the brand you worked for was very significant, it is best advised to not mention the 3 months experience in CV. It is better to state that you are looking for right opportunities then to justify 2 Questions: - Why such a short tenure? ,- why did you leave ? --> and since i find you are not comfortable in handling this issue, so best to avoid mentioning it.
However, if you have the confidence and you feel it very critical for you to talk of these 3 months, then you have to boldly and confidently say in the interview that after investing 3 months in the organisation, you realized that the place is not suitable for performers and diligent workers, without wasting any more time of the organisation & yours, you took a decision to quit and look out for organisations where I can contribute effectively. Please do not talk of your Ex-boss attitude etc.
