You can become an ECE in two ways:

You can definitely become a Lecturer by pursuing a masters degree from a recognised University. Post completion of Masters degree with minimum 55% marks, you need to then appear for UGC NET / SET Exam. NET / SET exam
To further strengthen you career, you should immediately start planning for PhD PhD is a must for good salary, stable career and career growth to the Dean / Director level.

You need to finish you b-tech,m-tech.you need to have good conceptual skills.excellent communication skills. you can complete your post graduation and also you can have your profession.if you complete your m-tech you can teach for b-tech.if done with m-tech you can teach for m-tech.There are many universities which provide you b-tech,m-tech,PG.These universities provide scholarship.
