I do agree with Dr above.

But here I would like to mention, before you make a choice in terms of the career, decide which field you wish to work in.

Since with B.Com, you could also pursue fashion Designing, a certificate course.

Also another option is pursuing a Fashion designing Graduate course, a full time 5 years course after 12th, whereby you would have to clear Entrance exams. After this, you could pursue B.Com correspondence course if you still wish 

But please note both are industrial oriented courses. So before making a choice, decide the career you wish to pursue lifelong.
