Hi, I'm a 30 year old Engineering Graduate. Since beginning I've been a confused person. I did not know what I want to become. I passed 12th with 67% in 2001 and then completed diploma in electronics engineering with 74% in 2004 as I didn't clear entrance for B.Tech though I got a good rank in B.Sc Comp. Science but disliked as it was a simple graduate degree. After diploma I got a job in a software company as IT Support engineer and I completed Bachelor in Engineering with 60% in 2008. I didn't like the IT job due to repetitive task, multi-tasking, follow a set of rules/instructions, paperwork and rigid shift timings so I looked for Govt jobs but didn't get success. Eventually I again continued in IT sector. Now I'm married and soon become a father, I still hate my job and feel frustrated. I'm earning a handsome salary and can't quit easily. I don't know where I'll find a career satisfaction. I had done multiple career path tests and career suggestions I'm getting through are quite opposite my education background. My interest profile is IASREC. My personality type is INFP. I like to do a job where I have flexible shift, help people, work that involves investigation, no time boundaries, no repetitive tasks and good earnings.

Dear Aspirant,
Considering your growing family responsibilities, it would not be wise to leave job or change career. Changing careers would mean that you will need to learn new things and there fore you will have to devote great time in learning them. Though MCA is a good option, I would recommend something else.
Why dont you think for Certification in Project Management like PMP. I am sure you were a part of projects in the IT company. This will help in getting you eligible for appearing for PMP certification.PMP certification will help you rise to the managerial level and will also increase your earnings and will give you the scope of change of work
Best wishes,
