Bachelor of Law is a 3-year undergraduate degree in law. It takes a student through all the various dynamics of law and giving them in-depth knowledge of the constitution and its law which is required to become a lawyer.
There is no Pre-requirement as students of any stream or background can opt for LL.B course in any designated university. The course is divided into 6 semesters and have many topics related to other fields such as Political Science, Sociology, Economics etc, subjects include-

Eligibility criteria
A student after passing their 12th board exams with 50% or more marks is eligible to give CLAT is which common law admission test. 16 law Universities are associated with CLAT including most prominent law colleges in India. Students after passing this exam can get admission in both public and private law colleges on the basis of marks achieved. Achieving a good score in CLAT is not an easy task majority of students start their preparations quite early when they are still in high school. Among thousands of students who wish to become a lawyer and practice law in our country very few get admission in law colleges due to a limited number of seats.
Only students who are the citizen of India can opt for Llb, students of foreign origin have to directly contact the concerned college for admission. The upper age limit to give CLAT was changed in 2016 to 20 years.

Is law any good for PCB/PCM students?
Career in law or as a lawyer is considered as one of the most prestigious professions and students of science stream have an analytical and critical advantage over students of another stream. A degree in law can be very beneficial as more and more jobs are opening to law graduates you just need to make sure what your interest is.
LLM- It is advised to for a post graduation course after LLB to specialize in any field as one can be a corporate, civil, labor or criminal lawyer. One can also change their field with the knowledge of law you can also work in civil departments or in banking sector there is the demand for candidates who have knowledge about taxation, property, equity law.
Students after completing their LLB can work as a lawyer in any court in India or can also work under experienced lawyers to learn how things work. There are many corporate companies Big or new start-ups which hire legal advisors who have knowledge of Law. Lawyers can easily after some years of experience can apply to be a judge of a district court which demands compassion and a lot of hard work.
The starting salary may be less but once you have 2-3 years of experience of working in court a lawyer can easily earn between 50k to 200k a month. Experienced lawyers can charge very high fees per case and hearing as money is not an area of concern in this field. One can also work as a government lawyer as more pay commissions are implemented on regular intervals and there are many more benefits of working as a government lawyer.
Career As A Teacher
After obtaining a post graduation degree in law you are qualified to work as the teacher in a school or college which is a much-desired job nowadays. However, you may need to do Ph.D. in law in order to teach in prestigious law universities. The perks of being a professor in a university are less working hours, plenty of holidays, job security, high salary.
While you just finished your LLM with no work experience you can work as an assistant professor the salary may be less but once you gain some experience you can think of becoming a full-time teacher.
