I suppose you are the same person who wanted an internship in the HR department.


Since you have mentioned here that you are pursuing a Distance learning program, so i am assuming that you might be working somewhere and at the same time pursuing the MBA program.

As far as references are concerned, it can be any one right from an uncle or friends who are working and can recommend you.


Bit never-the-less, it is better if you could hunt for one.

Though the companies you have mentioned encourages a lot of fresh talents, but as far as internship is concerned I am not sure of Infosys.

But TCS may grant you an opportunity for internship.

Check their website. Drop in your resume at their website or the mail-id provided.
Or best would be to note down their address and approach them directly. Atleast you can walk in and drop in your resume.

But first creating a covering letter, stating why and how an internship will help you should be very clearly mentioned.
Also what are your goal plans and how doing an internship in the specific organization will help should be specifically mentioned.

Internship is equal to finding a job.
Except that you cannot hunt on job portals. Mostly walk-ins and forwarding your resume with a covering letter is a better option.
