With BSc Nursing, you cannot be a Doctor and cannot shift your path to a medical doctor degree.
I would suggest you to do MSc Nursing, and specialise in a good and challenging subject, where you will be able to rise to the Head Nurse position. Head Nurse is a position which works more closely to Doctors.
Nursing is a good field and nursing carries great value after a doctor, so do not get disappointed.
