If you have done PGDM two year course from AICTE approved institution then only you can pursue Ph.D. and you have to watching newspaper for advertisement of admission in ph.d.
Now there is UGC's ordinance for Ph.D. 2016, according to this generally most of the universities are offering ph.d. twice in a year.
