Career selection is a challenging task for the students and parents as many of them are not aware about the various career opportunities that are available for them post 10th and 12th. Its always useful and helpful to seek a help and guidance from a Career Counsellor or Career Expert to get a good idea about the various career opportunities available for one.
CA as a career option is always a good career option. It is one of the top most preferred career option and so it has a great demand and scope in the country and also in the foreign countries. Commerce students they opt for the CA career option. A Certified CA can take up a job in the companies or can start their own CA Practice on the successful completion of CA.
In order to apply for the CA course a student who has completed 12th or who has appeared for 12th but waiting for results can apply for the CA course. A student needs to register with the ICAI and on completion of 12 months from the date of registration a student can appear for the CA Foundation course. This is the qualifying nature of exam and is a descriptive nature of exam. As per the new update the ICAI have introduced two new subjects in the CA Foundation Course i.e General English and Business Communication.
The other way to join CA course is after completing a Graduation from the Commerce stream with minimum 55 % can apply for the CA course through Direct Entry Scheme. Student completing Graduation from any other stream need to have 60% in the Graduation.
