Hello There!
Dear Sir,
If your daughter is clear about pursuing a career in Mass Communication then she should directly enroll for a graduation degree. If she or you have any doubts about it, then she can try appearing for an aptitude test either online or otherwise and make sure that this is the right choice for her. Sometimes, we decide on a course based on a whim or a friends advice or maybe what we saw or read, so it is always advisable to be sure of our interest and aptitude for a chosen profession. For example, a person who doesn't like to interact much with people may not like to work in a field where he or she has to talk to people all day long.
Here is a link to a website which lists top 10 institutes in Delhi for studying mass communication. It lists institutes offering Pg diplomas/ graduation and Post graduation degrees.
http://www.delhieducation.net/masscomm/top-10-mass-communication-institutes-in-delhi.aspx
After graduation your daughter can intern/ work for sometime and then decide on her specialization or she can go for post graduation immediately afterwards. It will mainly depend on her interests. These days as part of the degree program children do internships during the graduation itself which is helpful for them to gain work experience and to explore a specific field to pursue for specialization.
Best of luck to you and your daughter for selecting and getting admission in a course of her choice.

Earlier ,students who has good communication skills with literature background use to apply for J&mass communication degree, but in this competitive world before opting this subject do the self-analysis of your creativity, reading abilities , knowledge regarding current affairs and news , communication skills, should have articulation skills about the most complex of issues ,how to handle delicate news , presentation skills and a great deal of patience..
