At the same time through your forecasting or prediction and analytic ability, you would be involved in terms of guiding the organization as to their investments matters, as well as trading and management of financial resources.
Also due to your knowledge of Statistic you could also work as an Investment banker, whereby guiding individual investors with their financial crunches.

Some of the career options available as an Economists involves:
  • Consultant: As a consultant you would beanalyzingbusiness organizations, economic statuses, and would propose plans to improve and change the existing programs

  • Marketing or forecasting specialists: Here you would be involved in identifying potential customers by calculating the demand for aproductandservices offered by a company or a firm. You develop pricingstrategiesthat would help attract buyers and also help organizationsmaintain profits.
In terms of further studies or options, you are one of the most sort out person when related to government services.
Here you could opt for either
IAS or IES services.
The two main important services whereby you represent the country as an ambassador to a foreign country.

For this you would have to clear the Civil service examination.
Preparations for which needs to begin right from now itself.
You need to be very analytic at the same time diplomatic.
Knowledge about every field is necessary. But putting the answers or reasoning in your own words by maintaining humor is important in this field.
