Please guide my career

Continuing the discussion from [Please Advice career path](https://ask.careerguide.com/t/please-advice-career-path/10249/2):
Hi there, Good to see you back in this forum and excellent that you are confused, because that means you are thinking and thinking will guide you accordingly. Firstly I did not get the relationship between age and education. If one is determined then at any age, education is possible. Ofcourse, professional courses like CA or CFA would take you few years, not necessarily 4 years, but surely they are tough to clear and requires huge industrial experience at the same time. But if you are committed, then the number of years will not matter. Please note that, any course you take, you must have the persistence to continue with it or else you would be wasting a lot of time, money and most importantly your energy. Please choose a course, not based on their credibility and demand in the pouter world, but based on your abilities and potentials and then only would you be able to survive in that industry. Also since, you have a family business and you are looking out to venture on your own, then an MBA would definitely be supportive. As far as short term courses like Event management, Fashion designing or any other field, please first check on your creative skills and your ability to think differently. Since these courses are short term, it would be good if you could join the organization, work there and check on their working pattern and see for yourself if you fit in those kind of work atmosphere. As far as possible, it is better if you undergo a Psychometric assessment or Career guidance tests, that will point out to your potentials and will help you choose a course Another piece of advise is that you could list down your priorities and besides that they route by which the goal achievement is possible. This will help you in shortlisting a suitable option for you. On an ending note, stability in terms of professional and personal life is what everyone aims for, and respect and recognition automatically follows. If you believe in what you do and are able to contribute to the society also, recognition automatically follows. Wish you good luck.... <img src=""//mcg-qna.s3.amazonaws.com/7963ee29f1b15920c19e4c83fddce4e6a53b6d696cba.png"" width=""298"" height=""270"">
Continuing the discussion from [Please Advice career path](https://ask.careerguide.com/t/please-advice-career-path/10249):
I already asked my question few days ago, Dr. Anand Wadadekar and Meghna Mam already answered. Hey there,

Welcome back to Mera career.

Its always good to have Role Models, since they are the one who would be inspiring us.
But if in the long run, you feel demotivated, then you got to check on yourself.

Here best is to list down, your priorities and match it with the skills you have and skills you can develop
But be honest to yourself. Do not over or under value yourself.

Secondly you may have big dreams and aspirations, so best is to list them down. Keep it ready and keep on adding skills and requirements to it.
But mind you, before you begin to implement your aspirations, you need to have an experience of the Real world, dealing with people and organizations. Only then can you work on your plans and make amends to it.

As far as getting a job is concerned and clearing the interviews is concerned, remember be yourself. best is to be prepared with few questions that you know are going to be asked for sure.
At the same time, do not talk about your dreams at this moment, interviewers would feel you are trying to create an impression but have no idea to deal with it.
So just be yourself and prepare in advance, but do not fake anything.

Be positive and prepare accordingly.
Always try and list down and visualize yourself in your dream project. An intense desire will help you along your dreams.

Wish you all the very best..........

Trying to identify your values and principles can assist you in focusing on a career that you enjoy. It can also assist you in identifying areas or specialty areas that you are interested in. Think about creating a list of characteristics that you believe are essential to a company or its staff

.  After that, find businesses and job postings that reflect these values, and use this list. But before you do that, relax first and enjoy, get this Solar Smash Simulation DOWNLOAD and check this Super Mechs Gameplay. Bye!
