You can go online as there are number of e-Commerce sites where anyone can buy such stuff including books. For previous year’s question paper solutions, I am mentioning some of the names of the publishers, which are widely used by aspirants. You can get this previous year's question papers on the UPSC website also.

The Mains which is the second stage of IAS exam is descriptive one and one who practices solving question papers, can get through it easily. Therefore I would suggest you buy any good book of your choice and start solving and practicing question papers as soon as possible. For the Prelims too, you have to practice solving as much question papers as you can. Generally, It is required to solve or study minimum 10 years back question papers to get an idea about the trend and nature of the questions which UPSC asks in CSE.
