Thank for contacting career guide, it is great option to you wanna to join Indian army.
First of all you have to maintain your physical fitness. If you are 10+2, you have an option to qualify NDA exam conducted by UPSC followed by SSB interview.
NDA exam will comprise of MCQ type questions. And SSB interview is detailed admission interview to identify the physical and mental ability of a person according to army,airforce,navy.
After qualify NDA & SSB interview you will a chance to study for 3 years in NDA academy and have a chance to choose the stream according to your subjects in 10+2.
If you are 10+2 from non math then you can not go for navy&airforce.
If you are 10+2 with science and math then you can opt for one of all the stream .
SSB interview is harder then qualify the written so you have to prepare for both.
