As the engineering career and also medical career is growing as the faster phase same way the field of Banking is growing at the faster phase. The Banking field has under gone through a transformation in the last few decades and is still growing. Job Bank sector is the safest mode of career and is very much aspired by many of the students taking up a job in the banks is not an easy task. Students who wish to make a career in banking sector have two options they can either make a career in private banks or public sector banks. To apply for the public sector banks the recruitment for the post of clerk, probatotarnary officer, specialist officer etc. is done through the Institute of Banking personal selection (IBPS) an application for the IBPS exam is to be done online. The IBPS exams are conducted differently for the deferent posts. Before applying to the IBPS exams students should check the eligibility criteria a confirm whether they meet the eligibility criteria. As per the new norms the eligibility criteria for the IBPS clerk exam is as follows. A candidate should be citizen of India. Should have a graduation degree from any of the stream accept fine arts from a recognized university of State Government or Central Government. The age of the candidate should be under 20-28 years. 5 years of age relaxation for the SC/ST candidate. 3 years age relaxation of OBC candidates. 10 years of relation for the disable candidates.
