Investment Banking is a very hectic, challenging as well as growing domain. There are unlimited opportunities for new jobs and growth in the job.
Investment Banking is mainly concerned with the analysis of finance, investments to derive the maximum return on investments.
Qualifications like MBA Finance (from Top 10 BSchools only), CFA, CA are preferred in such jobs by the companies. There are PG Diploma courses in Investment Banking too which are of one year duration, however for those having an experience in finance/banking it is most suitable.
The salary packages offered are high due to the high end work and hectic day schedule.
