Tourism is one of the industry that contributes to the Country's economy .After Agriculture Sector Tourism Sector is the highest income sector of the country. Every year their has been a steady growth in the Tourism Sector. A lot of Domestic and International Tourists people visit to the various destination across India. Due to this their has been need of a lot of Tourism Firms and Hotels and resorts.
A person who wishes to make a career in tourism sector have a great scope in this field as this is the field that has been expanding every year.
In order to make a career in this field one can take a degree course in Tourism and Hospitality Management or also a PG Diploma course in Tourism management. On the successful completion of the course one can either join a Tourist Company . Whereas you can also start your own business as Tourist Operator and also as Trek Operator after gaining a handful of job experience. There are is a great career scope in the Tourism Sector. Nowadays a middle class family also go for the long trips. So its a good career option having a wide career scope.
