Nowadays there are many career opportunities for the students to make a career in the government field. A student after graduation can work in various government departments as per their interest & Choice as you aspire to make a career as the IAS officer. The IAS career is one of the preferred career options in the students list. IAS officer post is the class I officer post and is under the central government. An IAS exam is conducted every year by the UPSC Commission. A student needs to give a Civil Service exam. The eligibility criteria for CSE Exam is that student should be a graduated with minimum 50% in graduation from any faculty. The age of the student should be 21 to 32 years for general student. 5 years of age relaxation for OBC. Whereas to apply for the CBI officer post you will have to appear Combined Graduate Level Exam. The exam is conducted by the UPSC and is conducted once in a year. Its notification comes in the month of October. To be eligible for the exam a student should be a graduate with minimum 50% marks. The age of the student should not exceed more than the 25 years of age. The exam is conducted in the 3 stages. The Prelim Exam Objective Type, the Main exam multiple objective type and the personal interview. Candidates who aspire to go for the Sub-Inspector post in CPO they have to undergo with the physical test too.
