The Indian aviation sector in the current times has seen a sudden growth. With the spread of education and changed mindset of people, more people are engaging in this sector. In the aviation sector for Asia, India stands out way brighter than the others

The cause of boom is three folds –

  • Encouragingpolicies made by the government.
  • The sales of the private jets are up.
  • Determining officials giving other countries a tough competition in the aviation sector.

If you are looking forward tobecoming one of the cabin crew members i.e. an Air Hostess/Flight Attendant brush yourself up to face the challenges and have some fun.

It’s neither that fascinating nor that humiliating. Because every job has its pros and cons. Yes, you do get to travel a lot places in the country and foreign, meet public figures in the first class, have a glamorous life. • Accommodation is also provided by some airlines, so your salary can be used for different kinds of stuff like shopping clothes, footwears, and makeup.

DISADVANTAGES:

Disadvantages are almost equal for this ‘Fascinating & Glamorous’ job. Delaying of flights, bad-tempered passengers, babies or kids crying in flights. So, here’s a list of the disadvantages –

  • One shift goes up to 12 hours a day, which causes lack of sleep, fatigue and the main of all jet lag.
  • Fussy, hopping mad, irritating passengers- you get them all in at least every single flight you board. Some out-smart people try to be so bothersome as if they know everything about the rules. For every delay in flights, food quality, kids crying, weather changes, home-issues, government policies get ready to be blamed.
  • There’s no as such of festival weekends. Almost all airlines work for the whole year, in fact during the festivals season you get more occupied due to the bookings made in the festive season are highest.
  • The diet does get affected, because there’s no as such of a proper time for your meals, mostly you get junk food to eat which disproportionate’s your figure and declines your health.
  • Some too-smart people do get in your way and annoy you to the maximum by referring you to as waitress who doesn’t know BUT ITS WAY MORE THAN SERVING FOOD.
  • It can get boring after some years.
  • The skin too gets affected by the constant flying in the air. So you have to keep yourself every time moisturized and use conditioners for hair.
  • Greeting all sorts of people with a smile and saying “Hello, welcome” and “thank you” at least hundred times a day, seriously not that fascinating.
