The working hours of a Chef depend on the kind of hotel, catering company or any other institution they are working with. Therefor I will try to mention their working hours in terms of the place they are working at:1. Hotels:Working in hotels require 45-50 hours of work in a week. The number of working days are either 5 or 6 depending on the hotel's requirements. They have to reach the place early in the morning so that the necessary preparations are done.2. Catering Companies:The catering companies require a lot of work. Therefore, one may have to work more than even 50 hours a week. The work starts early morning and remains till late night. Although they are not required to work all the days and they do get a number of days off, but when there's work load they are supposed to work for 12-14 hours a day.
