The working hours of a fishery scientist depends upon the type of job and whether he or she is working in government or private organization.Technically speaking, a fishery scientist means a person holding a degree minimum in masters or having a doctoral degree.I f you are working in government sector means a college, university or research institute. In a college the fishery scientist will work as lecturer.
